In Regards to COVID-19

I know, the last thing you want to do right now, read another letter about COVID-19. We hear you. Throughout the journey of this pandemic, we’ve all faced new things, learning how to work from home, distanced education, and how to navigate through the day. We hear you and we understand your struggles. That’s why we are here to support you. Quite literally. 

The safety of our guests and team members are on our mind at all times and we care about your needs. We offer special services to accommodate your personal preferences. At Elias Shoes we ask that you respect the people around you so we all remain comfortable. Riverside County provides direct arrangement and adjustments so that we all can remain safe and in great position, in all aspects we follow.

The point is, if you prefer us to wear gloves, go to a separate room, or even take a rug outside for you to personally get fitted for shoes. We are here for you, in all ways. Because at the end of the day, you are family and we will keep our vigilance of safety for you. 

p.s. It’s also important to note that we do offer appointments for no charge in the case that you’d like a designated one on one time with any of our team members.
